I spoke with Jen about the kickstart program. She not only listened to me and my story, but fully understood what I was needing out of the program. She made recommendations to me that would better fit my goal including the guidance that she can provide before being transferred to a trainer at the end of the kick start program.
She provided an exercise program that would help meet my timing availability and goals while being positive and upbeat.

The facility is very clean, The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the lap swim hours are scheduled nicely during the day.
The staff, including the environmental staff, are wonderful. The classes are great. All in all my husband and I have had good experiences at our Y.

I love the Tom Taylor YMCA for so many reasons. The pleasant greeters at the entry. The lively Zumba classes that keep me in shape. The array of different people who come to work out; the young, the old and everybody in between. Some days I'll stand at the railing above the gym and watch guys shooting hoops, or parents sitting in a row watching their children compete in sports. If I walk the track, I'm always in awe of those folks diligently working the many fitness machines and if I look downstairs there are all those participants working on lifting weights. There are many posters that promote kindness and positive values. It truly is a community worth belonging too. Mary Magee
