exercise.
The team members are all very friendly and helpful. The equipment is in excellent working order and clean and sanitized. The atmosphere is upbeat and comfortable.
I have been doing silver sneakers 3x a week for 17years. I have 2 new knees, 2 new hips, 2 rotator cuff repairs, 2 ankles fused.. I would not be walking or functioning if it were not for exercising at silver sneakers!
The classes and instructors are the best! I love the different opportunities that they offer here. My only thing that I think they need to add is outdoor pickleball courts as there are hardly any up here in N Scottsdale. And I always tell new people that they should come and learn how to play during the season - Aug-May. Many snowbirds come and that fills up the courts as well. But your instructor, Shannon makes all her classes fun for those that have been going for awhile and new people as well! She is a gem!

It's a nice sized facility, lots of workout equipment and class offerings, friendly people.
I've been recommending Mixxed Fit, Muscle & Movement and Pilates to my friends who I do Zumba with elsewhere. Many have since joined this Y, as have their husbands. I'll keep recommending this Y and these classes. The instructors are good
