I've been going to Desert Foothills 5-6 days a week since last summer. What a welcoming place! There are classes for all ages and abilities, the equipment is well-maintained, and the staff are unfailingly pleasant and helpful. And I have an amazing trainer (Nathan), who with good humor and uncommon skill, is whipping this old body into shape!

Laurie is a great SS instructor. She has a variety of music, always gives modifications, has a great sense of humor and is always there.
