Everything! Except one thing.... We take a lot of classes at the church and don't get check-in points for them. We are eager to earn our t-shirts!
The Y at the Valley of the Sun is a very vibrant place that welcomes all ages in a very friendly way, and lately, it is all we need. Plus, there is a great variety of classes and programs. Also, the E Gym is a must-do.

My personal trainer, Sharon Lynn is amazing! She makes it truly “personal”, works with my strengths and limitations, pushes me in a good way, and makes me stronger. She’s amazing!

The diversity of people and group exercise classes
1. Great location near where I live and seems to have a nice group of members.
2. Good selection of classes and a nice mix of instructors who change things up.
3. Good equipment
4. Nice mix of organized events outside normal gym activities.
A few suggestions:
1. Shower area in men's locker room needs to be better lit and cleaned up better.
2. I rarely carry a cell phone around, which as it stands, I lose out on a point every time I check-in at the Y.

Friendly, welcoming environment every day.
It is close to my house and has good classes and pleasant instructors. The pool is usually available when I want to swim and the locker rooms are clean.

The classes, mahjongg, equipment, egym, book exchange, location, cleanliness but most importantly the people. The trainers, teachers& staff are thoughful& helpful.
Good selection of workout equipment. Pool is a great option.
I recommend a dedicated hip thrust machine since there is only 1 Smith machine.

I like your quality instructors, especially in chair, yoga and silver sneakers. You have many programs that are interesting fun educational unnecessary for good health. We really enjoyed the senior prom this year and we are planning to try the crafts program coming up. I love your emails, telling us everything that’s happening. There’s something for everyone every age every ability and I am thrilled that our insurance helps pay for it. my husband and I have made so many friends through your programs! Thank you again.
