I have been going to the YMCA since it opened, and every time I go it is a very positive experience. The place is spotless, humming with activity. The classes are plentiful and varied, something for everyone, with great instructors. It is a place were you feel welcomed, and there are always people there of all ages, having fun and staying active.

I like the vast options and choices available for classes. The instructors are all very nice and fun to work out with. This provides a venue to not only build your strength, endurance and balance, but also to form new friends with like goals.
