Great classes.
I take 2 classes a week with my husband at Spirit of the Desert church that are taught by YMCA teachers. I take Ella’s Yoga class on Sundays at the Y. I »m grateful because through these classes my husband and myself are much stronger.

I enjoy the pool! I like the blow dryers in the locker room and the machine that spins the water out of your swim suit.
