Everyone is welcome. I can bring my kids with me and they will be cared for while I work out or attend a class. The instructors are great especially Susan and Deana, the classes are challenging enough for me.

WE have been involved with the Y from its beginning. Recently we have not been able to participate as often as we would like. It is reassuring to know that the Y will be open and available when we are able to .

Clean facilioty with some great people who attend. They try hard to have activities for a wide range of people.
I like the water aerobic classes... lot of fun. Would like to take other classes but physical issues need to resolve.
