I am very grateful to the Y. For the past year and a half I have experienced a problem with the the shower in the men's locker room. The on-demand hot water worked for 2-3 min.and then went cold. I suppose it was an expensive fix to replace all the fixtures and the hot water unit which may be the reason why it was not fixed earlier. Thanks to Chris and the staff for taking care of it.

The attendants work hard to solve an issue you may have. It’s clean and well maintained . When equipment isn’t working, they get it fixed quickly.
Five stars for the staff. Always friendly and helpful the front desk personnel are top notch. The facility is always clean and the equipment is well maintained. The gym members are polite and show good gym etiquette.
Great facilities, friendly and helpful staff and instructors. Wonderful pool, lanes, classes, social events, and Silver Sneakers. I am very disappointed that Silver Sneakers folks no longer receive "6 weeks to wellness" t-shirts. Seems to me that is a small price to pay for advertising of a great facility and also supports your members. What's up with that? Thanks for this survey.

I like the variety of classes offered and the instructors. I go 5 days a week and get a good variety of a workout.

Love my pool!!! The life guards are the best and the pool is always clear and the perfect temperature.
Thank you for getting the showers fixed! They're fabulous! Nice and hot with tons of pressure to wash the chlorine, aches and pains away. It's fantastic.
The new APP took some getting used to but it seems to be working just fine. It's nice to be able to cancel and reschedule classes with such ease.
Then of course theirs Jimmy. What a sweet guy. He's always there with a smile, fist bump and a friendly greeting. Always so great to see him. :o)

The class I have chosen to attend is great! There is such a nice variety of classes to choose from. The only negative in my mind seems to be the availability of parking spaces, but speaks to it's popularity.
Your weights need replacement in the big gym. The outside parts are coming off and the good ones need a cleaning routine . I am enjoying the workouts.
