I enjoy the Chair Yoga classes every Tuesday and Thursday. VI love the stretching and exercise it gives me. I also enjoy the social time it provides .

I am always impressed with the staff, the classes the facility and the management. Thank you for providing a safe environment for the kids to come to after school and an engaging environment for our seniors that may not have family that are local. Between the Mahjong, trivia and potluck opportunities it's a home away from home for some people.

The aquatics program at Desert Foothills YMCA is excellent! It has clean facilities, friendly staff, organized programs, and swim lessons and teams available for youth.
Desert Foothills YMCA in Arizona is an oasis for community, fitness, and well being. Having been a member of several fitness clubs/gyms in the past, and places of worship, the Y embodies the best of both. In less than a year our family has gained new friendships, attended welcoming social events, and most importantly changed the trajectory of our health.
The fitness classes meet the needs of different members based upon their unique physical conditions. The gym has a wide range of equipment for various levels and types of training... well maintained, and clean. If swimming is your thing, the pool staff is OUTSTANDING! From lessons for infants building their confidence, and parent safety awareness in the water, to water aerobics, and motivating coaching for advanced and senior swimmers, and attentive lifeguards - they are a team working like a dolphin pod!
