What I like is the staff to include the trainers, the instructors, and the front desk staff. I feel so welcome and comfortable there and I receive a great workout. I love the Valley of the Sun YMCA.

I enjoy the wide range of equipment that is available. The equipment is in good working order, which is an important factor. Overall, the facility is well maintained, another big plus.
Great staff...I am enjoying my personal training, dance classes, elliptical workouts...E-gym provides an AI focused machine circuit training which gives consistency to my weight training. Atmosphere is cheery. Staff appears happy...this provides a great experience for the consumer.
I see and appreciate the changes made by our new Executive Director. The new weight area layout works wonders as well as the addition of the new E-Gym technology. Looking forward for more changes to come!

Great group classes
You keep PACKING new equipment in and as a result walking aisles seem to disappear. Too many machines.

From the front desk staff that greets you as you come in and leave, to the vast variety of equipment and group classes. Great personal trainers to meet your needs if it is for short or long term. Let's not forget the all the instructors, they are awesome!! I've belonged to this Y since it opened and it continues to get better and better.

The Desert Foothills Family YMCA offers programs and activities for all age groups and fitness levels. The staff is friendly and encouraging. The facility is clean and has excellent equipment.
