Excellent customer service. Friendly atmosphere
The vibe is great!! everyone is treated like a normal / regular person. There are no preconceived assumptions about members and the staff is always very welcoming. Staff is also very helpful when I ask "new member" questions. Also, the water in the pool is always very clean and fresh so I don't have to worry about getting "cooties" from the water. Thank you for the effort the maintenance team puts in so we can have a clean facility.

A variety of classes throughout the day Monday thru Friday. Classes in AM on Saturday and Sunday as well. Great trainers. Clean bathrooms and plenty of lockers. Parking not an issue.

Deb Callison was great, very informative and committed to growing the facility. She always makes time for me to chat for a minute. So many programs. I wish there was a designated pickle ball court. She runs a tight ship. I like the whole facility. All the machines work.

My wife and I have started to make our winter get aways in Scottsdale, Arizona and found the Desert Foothills Family YMCA facility to be our choice of work out sessions. The staff and members are friendly and make us feel as if we are year-round natives to the community.

I love the YMCA. There are always so many things to choose from. I still haven't gotten to half of them. The classes are so much fun, and the people are so friendly and helpful. Everything is always clean and I look forward to going each time.
