White Rock YMCA is very friendly, clean, and provides a wide array of machines and classes. I have really enjoyed the Active Older Adults classes with Kristi Wahl, she is an excellent teacher and really cares about the well being of her class.
I like the community aspect. There are lots of different classes to choose from and I enjoy seeing my friends at the Y!

The White Rock YMCA is close by the house and they have all of the amenities I'm looking for in a fitness center.
I love the White Rock Y! The facility is open, airy and full of light. There is always a cardio machine available, especially elliptical. The classes are fun and well-taught. Finally, the people are awesome - always friendly, always helpful.

The gym itself is fantastic - well equipped, meticulously maintained, and nice to look at. The staff is wonderful, very friendly and helpful.
The childcare is really what makes the Whiterock Y so great for us. We have three kids who can be a handful, but the childcare has been consistently fantastic. Shout out Raymond and Megan who are always particularly amazing and really helped make us feel comfortable dropping our kids off!
It is open early hours and late all the equipment and members workers are very nice
I enjoy the weight machines, and take spin from John 3 days a week. I really enjoy his class. The front desk staff are so nice. I really like them all.
