Friendly staff, great location, good number of workout equipment, and awesome group instructors!
Everything is great. Safe place to enjoy yourself. The people are the greatest. I would like for you to know that the Saturday class before dance fitness called Body Combat does not let out sometimes until after 11:15am when dance fitness is supposed to start. It is frustrating. I believe most other classes end 15 minutes before the next one is to start. I'd rather you not. move dance fitness to 11:30am though. It has already been pushed back twice and that is a pretty late start for anyone with lunch plans.
Well run organization. Have good trainers. Facilities always clean and staff very nice.
I love this location. Friendly staff at the front desk, maintenance and childcare teachers. Always clean and feels like a home.
Just a suggestion if there can be an added smith machine. There's only one and I noticed it being occupied more.

Very friendly environment, the gym equipment is TOP NOTCH, as well as the staff. Words cant express how good it is to have a "great" gym experience while trying to obtain your fitness goals.

I like the White Rock Y. It is clean. The front desk staff and the trainers are helpful and friendly. I see friends there; it is a super resource for our east Dallas neighborhoods. I love the commitment to childcare and the values of the YMCA.
