I love the friendly staff, especially the childcare team. I also love the blend of ages that work out here. It is beyond inspiring and motivating to see members over 80 and 90 years old showing up, exercising, and going to workout classes. The group classes are my favorite; the YMCA team does an excellent job finding the best instructors!

It is by far the best fitness experience I have ever found! The classes are awesome. The family atmosphere and friendly staff make every day special. It is clean and bright.
It's a convenient location and most days easy to park. I like the layout of the building and the natural light. It offers several workout opportunities and the outdoor swimming area is nice.
Friendly and very helpful team. The lifeguards are usually on time, but sometimes the pool opening is delayed due to not all the guards there on time.

White Rock has a good Gym Layout. Easy access, with plenty of parking. Staff is friendly. Pool area is not overly crowded and has a separate area for lap swimming.

I attended a Barre class and it was such a pleasant experience. The instructor was amazing and she remembered my name. If I'm ever in the area, I will be back.

We love the amenities at WR Y! The outdoor pool in the summer is perfect for our kids. Our 8 and 10 year old would like to stick with me in the weights section. We really wish the rules were more open for kids to work out with their parents. But, the staff and everyone at the Y is helpful and kind.

The lady’s shower had a lot of someone else’s hair on the floor and wall. Outside of that I enjoyed the time.
Really easy to register. They waived the registration fee. Very nice trainer who helped get my teenagers familiarized with the weight rrim

it is always clean and bright and a nice crowd. The space is incredible, that's the main feature (besides being close to home).
The machines are sometimes too close together, so that passing between them is not possible you may have to pull them away from a post or another machine to have room to work.
The facility is nice, its clean, and the exercise equipment is plentiful. The front desk staff are always friendly as well.

Love to be at the Y. It's my second home. Easy to make friends. Great staff and equipment.
