The facility is spacious, the staff is friendly and the equipment is well maintained. The only complaint that I would have is there have been times that I have gone where the parking lot was full (bummer).

I have found an excellent teacher and class that I like! I have been coming consistently for almost 5 years. Recently, I have also started working with a personal trainer.
The low impact classes with Kristi Wal are the best classes for older adults. She helps us work on our balance to prevent falls. Kristi is always concerned that each participant does the exercises correctly to ensure we don’t injure ourselves. It is a great experience and I’m so thankful the YMCA offers these amazing classes!
Uncrowded. Polite and attentive staff. Abundant availability of towels and sanitary wipes. Good comfortable temperature and air movement.
I love the White Rock Y! Very family, friendly. Weight, circuit machines, free weights, basketball courts and classes. Outdoor pool as well. Everything you want in your local Y. Everyone there is respectful – great atmosphere.
The exercise classes are just like I want them to be and the yoga classes are top drawer! The instructors are well trained, pleasant and kind. The sense of community I get from the Y reminds me of my church going days where friends are always there to visit with you and encourage you if you need encouragement. Gathering outside the Y has been an unexpected bonus as we are becoming fast friends. I admire the giving nature of the Y as we all pitch in to help others who are in need. In a word, the Y is my second home where I always feel welcome by both staff and members.
