I love that there are friendly faces as soon as you walk in. The ladies at the front desk are always so nice and answer any questions you may have. The facility is very clean and I'm always able to come in, do my workout and chat a little with some of the fellas that are always there.
It convenient with brand new equipment. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Conveniently located and very affordable.
Friendly, clean, well maintained equipment,personal training available, classes, help available to show you/supervise how to use machines safely. I also greatly appreciate the lack of "gym attitude". Every body I have observed is there to work on themselves without a competitive attitude. That kind of safe, inviting environment keeps me coming back.

The personal trainers are wonderful. I am new and they take the time to start building you up. I am part of the cancer support program. I am very thankful they are there
Quality equipment, personal trainers available if needed, wide range of classes to all ages.
I would like to see: sanitary wipe dispensers, that are located throughout the faculty, monitors and kept full; staff at front desk encourage members to stay off phones while working out as those that are on their phone tend to camp out on equipment.
I've thought about the added value of wet areas, sauna, steam, but the added cost, maintenance and the extra care needed to keep those area clean would not be a value add.

The staff at the Frisco location are so friendly and kind. The facility is clean but some of the equipment like the TRX straps are not safe. It would be great to have some new equipment!
I really appreciate the staff being friendly and welcoming.
I greatly appreciate that the cleaning wipes have enough cleaning solution on them because I was previously a YMCA member in San Antonio and the wipes at that gym dried out as soon as I would pull out a wipe from the dispenser. It didn't stay wet log enough to wipe down the machines.
Family friendly and close to home! Has the equipment and programs we need. Great location we have been going to for years!

Great group fitness instructors
So far it’s a nice facility
Our daughter has participated in several YMCA summer / spring break camps but this one probably takes the prize for the most exciting, most adventurous, and most exhausting (in a good way). Our daughter absolutely LOVED Camp of the Lake!!! She met new friends, made new memories, challenged herself in new ways, and tried things she'd never tried before. Everything about this camp was amazing!
One very important thing I'd like to call out here is how incredible the camp counselors are. We're sorry because we didn't learn all of their names but each one of them was so kind, welcoming, supportive, and attentive. We want to give a special shout out to "Toothless" (not sure of her real name). It was evident from the first time we met her that she was a great youth leader and she surpassed our expectations. The counselors made the camp and they deserve a large portion of the credit. Thank y'all so much for everything and for giving our daughter a whole ton of new confidence! We <3 you!

I love Lisa’s chair yoga classes. She is an excellent instructor! Her chair volleyball class is so much fun too. I have enjoyed several of her classes for about 14 years.

My daughter played basketball, YMCA was very organized it was a great opportunity for the girls to play. the games started on time and communication was prompt.
