Atmosphere, the staff, the trainers, & all the equipment that is not “Precor”. The Precor is brand new & always has machines that are briken for weeks. In fact Precor doesn’t get a Rep out t fix a machine usually until 4 weeks after it’s reported

The Staff (it starts with the morning greeting at the Front Desk) the ever improving Weight Equipment, the Members themselves (everyone is Friendly), and my personal Trainer Linc (who genuinely cares about each member). I have been a member since day one, and I actually travel farther than I have to to (other Y's are closer) work out with my friends at this Club!
I like Coming to Frisco family YMCA . Mrs.Lisa Jo is a very good instructor and my classmates inspire me to be active

I joined the Frisco Family YMCA a few weeks ago because there are several senior classes, which I wanted to try out, that can definitely help with my balance, strength and mobility within a safe structure. So far, I have tried the Yoga-Chair class, which I recommend highly! Instructor, Lisa, is easy to follow.

Friendly place that delivers a quality experience. Good equipment, friendly staff, clean. I wish it had a pool. I am taking advantage of a personal trainer and nutritionist on my health journey. I am very happy that I chose the Y over other options.
