4 seasons of flag football with Coach Juston Warren. My boys have learned so much on and off the field, about the sport, Sportsmanship, Respect, etc.
We love playing sports at the Y and have played multiple seasons of different sports with our son. We’ve met many wonderful families through the Y as well.
AOA classes
Lisa’s chair yoga and chair volleyball are great! Also love the senior potlucks !

Great community
Friendly and helpful, nice facility.
There's an amazing variety of classes and times, which is great as I'm all about the classes! Everyone on the staff is very courteous and professional. The building is kept clean, too.
Price is right, so many wonderful classes offered, great equipment and hours, easy to access in all ways!
The coaches are amazing. Each one seems fully dedicated to providing a well curated (planned) class.
The equipment is in awesome condition.
The facilities are very clean and the staff is amazing.
There is a great variety of classes to chose from and offered multiple times during the week. Cycle, Zumba, Body Pump, Body Combat, Pilates, Yoga, Strength, stretch, Barre, etc. There are even some specific classes for elderly individuals as well and kids.
Even when a coach is unable to teach a class, the subs are also amazing and bring own flavor to the class. Never dull! In 18 months, going up to 5 times a week, I never had a class cancelled!
From the staff, to the trainers to the members you always feel welcomed, supported and cared about!! The PowerFit class in the garage is such a great workout and different every day!! The trainers are all “top notch “ , so knowledgeable on all aspects of workout exercises and always how to modify if you have any individual issues .
Community feel and clean facility. Love the child watch option, too
What I like most about YMCA Frisco is the friendliness of the staff when you visit and the range of classes they offer for seniors!

Family feeling experience. Most people I know at the gym do greatly care for one another and always show support for each other.

Frisco Family YMCA has a "we're all in the same neighborhood" feel from its staff culture. Always so friendly and helpful.
The staff is so welcoming and kind. The Frisco YMCA is a fantastic community hub that offers something for everyone! The staff and trainers are so friendly, the facilities are clean, and there's a great variety of programs for all ages—from kids' sports to fitness classes for adults. The sense of community here is truly special, and they offer so many opportunities for families to stay active and connected!
Friendly, Good classes, variety of equipment, great trainers
Very friendly. Has all the equipment that I need and is very clean.
Absolutely LOVE the Frisco YMCA staff and instructors! I feel a sense of belonging and connectedness from the entire team and I’m so grateful! We moved to the area from another state because of my husband’s diagnosis with early/younger onset Alzheimer’s (diagnosed at age 53, eight years ago and required memory care placement three years ago). It’s a tragic journey and as a surviving spouse I have to focus on self-care while adjusting and accepting our circumstances. The YMCA has always been important to our family, for our two sons growing up and as a source of inspiration for me. I appreciate everyone’s kindness and uplifting support — and our group classes are taught by awesomely talented people. Again, I am
BEYOND grateful!
Best group of people ever. I love the way this YMCA feels like working out with family.

Thank you for a wonderful season.
