I enjoy the variety of classes. I really enjoy attending dance fusion with instructor Ace. It’s a great cardio workout on Tuesday and Thursday. Additionally, yoga, and stretch classes are in my rotation. Also, the egym and equipment are great. The Y has great staff that is friendly and welcoming. It doesn’t feel like a gym, but more of a family friendly atmosphere where for not only great workouts, but a great community.

It’s such a welcoming environment in which to work out. Staff is so awesome, from those who greet you as you come in, to the trainers and group class teachers.

Such a wonderful & welcoming gym! They have a wide variety of machines, workout areas and group classes as well as options for trainer assistance. There is something for all different levels of fitness for anyone and everyone! The employees are awesome!

The people that work there are amazing, the facility have some of the nicest equipment and it’s always clean!
Great instructors but this location needs to stop sacrificing yoga classes for other classes. Not enough yoga class offerings on the schedule.
We had a great coach and were very fortunate to have a team that showed up most of the time.
We never got our team photos which was a huge disappointment. We were scheduled to take them 30 minutes before gametime and they were so far behind both before the game and after that they were never taken. Very disorganized.
Front Desk professionalism. They say HI and BYE every time. They make you feel welcome and I appreciate that. I live 2 minutes away from the Plano YMCA, but I REFUSE to go to the Plano location because of the Staff. I drive an extra 28 minutes to go to the Frisco YMCA because of the wonderful staff like Jessica and Ashley.
Clean club, awesome group X teachers, friendly staff. Classes start on time and end on time. Group X teachers are upbeat and know what they are teaching and excited to interact with members.
