Two Technicians came at separate times for the purpose of installing a Rinnai heater….Shawn was here for the initial evaluation and Bruce came to install the gas line…..both were very patient with us and thorough with their explanation and work. We realize the work force has changed since Covid but neither of these Technicians were impatient or unwilling to take time in answering our questions.

I Have been a Rhymes customer for 10+ years. Rhymes seems to be better now. Last year no one would answer the phone or e-mail when my tank was in the red! Now they seem to be much better, first delivery on time by a previous delivery guy who is away friendly and informative. I hope it continues.
