Responsiveness

I've been a customer for years and very pleased with service and value. However Covid and inflation have somewhat changed my thinking. Had a service tech who really knew my system, who is no longer with Rhymes, and oil prices took a big, big jump last year. Will consider another provider depending on pre-buy offer.
