I haven't any problem with service.

When I needed help in the past 8 years, they were very helpful and so nice on the telephone.

I Have been a Rhymes customer for 10+ years. Rhymes seems to be better now. Last year no one would answer the phone or e-mail when my tank was in the red! Now they seem to be much better, first delivery on time by a previous delivery guy who is away friendly and informative. I hope it continues.
