I was happy with fast delivery. I was upset about not being able to track work the delivery was coming as when I logged into my account I couldn’t view anything. Also was annoyed about taking the money out before delivery then delivering and waiting 24 hours to take the balance out.
Whygo through all that trouble? Just take it once and be done.

You have a local office where I can deal with a real person to pay bills, ask questions, or schedule work. Plus, the employees I've dealt with have been great. Too many utilities are a pain to deal with; Rymes is not.

The technician was polite friendly and explained everything to me.

I like the automatic delivery without having to worry about staying on top of it myself. I also like that the delivery driver made sure that he didn't just close the gate, he went back and secured it, meaning I didn't have to worry about my dogs escaping the fence.
