For the past 3 years we had the same driver named Chris. He was very conscientious and pleasant. We were sad to hear he is no longer with the company, but his replacement Mike seems to be conscientious as well. We have also been pleased to have regular deliveries and hav e never run low on fuel.

I like to be with same company over time because I know that I'm on auto delivery. Person that delivers is always friendly. I am having a hard time to get connected to the new system for my account. It would to be nice to get help without waiting for a phone call I don't recognize.

I have been with you guys for over 20 years your service is great ! You have a great team ! I like James as manager he is great to work with (doesn’t always return my call ) but he treats me good! And the team he has working for him are great they do there best getting things going again . As far as the office you have to get better at taking calls and not being on the line on hold for several minutes when you try to talk to someone . That has to be improved!!!!!!

My house is difficult to get to, especially in the winter. The drivers always do their best to get to us and fill the tank.

The budget plan is incredibly helpful. I know other companies do this but Rymes has an excellent history with us!!

automatic oil deliveries are always on time and whenever we need any type of service (furnace cleaning, maintenance, etc) Rymes is very prompt with an available time. We've been with Rymes for 4 years now.
