My only complaint….not informed of the name of the company charging my card on file. Thought it was a bogus charge. Out of NY when I am in NH?! Customers should have been informed of how this would show on their accounts in this day and age of fraud

Been a customer around 25 years. Never run out of fuel. Had emergency calls at nite, service man were always polite and helpful. Once a service man got home had to come right back as we had a defective part. He lived over an half hour away came back with a smile and sorry this happened. Like I told him not your fault, it life. Also had great cleaning service men. They explain what they are doing and why. I could go on and on.

I want to go on record as saying that the young man who came to service our Rinnai heaters a week or so ago was the most helpful, knowledgeable and personable technician we’ve ever had. He pointed out the humidifier feature of our heaters that we never knew we had.
Our service has always been excellent….just a little concerned that there have been a couple of minor miscommunications lately.

Never worry about running out of either product. As we use both oil and propane. On automatic delivery and haven’t ever had any incidents. Courtesy and friendly delivery people. Always great you with a smile.
