I always get an actual person when I call for help and, even in the case of getting a non-local person, your internal communication is great because I get connected with the proper person or department with little wait or hassle. The service is wonderful. We are on the auto-fill plan linked to our credit card. The delivery automatically comes without issue and the best thing is we never have to worry about the tank going empty. Thanks for the Great service.

Somewhat confused about why my two accounts are getting mixed up frequently. Other than that excellent service. I was also confused about the name change to Superior?
Rymes Oil Delivery is always on time. We have never experienced running out of our Home Heating Oil. When the driver arrives to fill our oil tank, I always take a moment to open the window and thank him personally. He is always pleasant, even in the worse kind of weather!!
When it comes to the Propane delivery, Rymes makes it easy for us to just call when we need the Propane delivered for the Garage.
