I know you are short staffed so when I call I patiently wait someone does answer eventually. When they do they are always very nice and helpful. I have always been very happy with you as my oil supplier. Your prices are reasonable. There was a time when I ran out of oil and the woman on the phone had gotten a delivery for me within a day. Everyone should realize there are staff shortage everywhere and with A new computer system will make it hard also.
