A recent issue I had with Rymes was resolved quickly. The Rymes agent I spoke to about the issue was pleasant and listened patiently to my complaint. She checked into the issue then assured me she had corrected Rymes' error and said she had documented the correction. In the past, I have found Rymes to be very customer-loyal, customer-friendly, and provide excellent customer service. When I opened the window to call out a thank you to my Rymes delivery driver, he was very pleasant and took a moment to return a brief but friendly reply. I appreciated that very much!

When we get a delivery none of our shrubs are damaged, all gates are closed and latched.
When the driver is done, he leaves a ticket in between front door to let us know we got a delivery.
When the delivery is complete, we usually get a email notice of delivery and copy of ticket.
Automatic delivery is always on time when needed.
Like the fact that an office is just 3 miles up the road from me on Rt. 106 if I need any questioned answered in person.

I have been with you guys for over 20 years your service is great ! You have a great team ! I like James as manager he is great to work with (doesn’t always return my call ) but he treats me good! And the team he has working for him are great they do there best getting things going again . As far as the office you have to get better at taking calls and not being on the line on hold for several minutes when you try to talk to someone . That has to be improved!!!!!!
