Friendly and guick

I have been dealing with Rymes oil since it was Fred Fuller Co. and I wouldn't think of changing companies. No matter when I call, a technician is there in less than an hour! I mean ANYTIME of the day or night. Just knowing they are right around the corner is a plus. I have been, and still am, very happy with my choice of oil companies for the past 20 years.

I like the fact that I do not have to concern myself about how much gas I have left in the tank. I am on Automatic delivery and I could not be happier. I have not yet ever had to ask for service on my 3 furnaces but I assume you will take care of a problem if I ever have one.

Did I miss an invoice from you?

Down to a quarter tank called in and cannot come out for my fill up for it eight days…… already have paid for the season and have not had a delivery since May. Not happy.

Difficulty in connecting with staff and the wait time when you really need
to talk to someone is extremely frustrating; the customer's time is also
not always at a premium. Regardless of the reasons why, when you do get
thru, the staff is always patient and very helpful.

Rymes takes care of my heating and oil burner needs quickly and efficiently. I like any discounts that are offered, especially as prices are climbing. Does Rymes offer payment assistance?
