I have not received an invoice for my last delivery, just a charge to my card with a different company name.
It would be nice to also be alerted when you are going to be getting a delivery.

Your service is very good & think prices are in line with competitors. Am, however, upset about your current policy re payment. Always pay within 30 days to get the important discount, but no longer 30 days. Haven’t had a chance to check the time frame, but roughly think it’s now 2 weeks from time of delivery.

I called and you delivered but I believe my senior discount has vanished. Please reinstate it or I may have to move on!!!

Delivery guys and office stAFF are all professional and informative. The on-line site is good but I'm always wondering if a ticket was pulled at around 30% and wheather the delivery will be coming soon. If and when the approximate delivery date is posted then I'll say everything is great.

The gentleman who filled our tank was very friendly, courteous and outgoing. Our tank cover was damaged before we moved in, the gentleman took the time to take pictures and bring it to the attention of the office. He went above and beyond!
