I have used Rhymes since they bought Fuller. They have been an excellent company, for all of my needs.
Several times my gauge, which is wrong, has showed my tank nearly empty. When I called them, they always said Ghee, you should have two more weeks. However, they never questioned me and came out within a week. To my chagrin, they were always correct. I would receive 175 gallons, meaning I had 100 gallons left!
My point is, great company! I always, always pay my bill within the 10 day grace period, to save their early pay percentage. It's usually 30 to 40 bucks!

Because of the crazy oil pricing situation, I can understand that the prebuy program had to be cancelled. However, it is not fair that loyal customers have to pay the spot price all year like everyone else. There should be some discount to loyal past prebuy customers.

Need more customer service help. Wait times of 30 minutes or more to speak to a representative is not acceptable. This is the only complaint I have in regards to service with Rymes
