The people doing the work — customer service representative (after waiting 30min to reach her it was worthwhile because she was great), technician who came out to check for the suspected leak, and the delivery driver who was excellent.

Last year we were frustrated in scheduling deliveries. The lied about access to our house. Customer Service center was frustrating

This week I was pleased to receive a delivery. The nee driver was professional , lives nearby and an excellent personality who advised that Superior has more drivers and is now a reliable company

Rymes deliveries (automatic plan) have been timely except for a screwup once when service was being transferred to another office. It was the middle of the winter and a weekend. I made calls and Rymes arrived quickly and corrected the problem quickly without charge. So I consider Rymes dependable. Plus when heat just stopped a couple months ago, despite staff shortages, I was fit in, and problem identified and fixed. Otherwise, things run smoothly.
