Delivery is great.
I am worried about your boiler cleaning service. We didn't do it this year because it was being farmed out to private companies. I want that as a known professional group not a fly by night who knows independent group.
I want creditability with who works on my system 2000 unit. If you keep the fly by nite service then my recommendation goes to a 1, not likely.
