I specifically go to the SpartanNash Y to take Tom's yoga class. I love his energy and how he makes the class feel accessible to people with any level of yoga experience. He's incredibly kind and encouraging, and offers a lot of modification options to help everyone participate in the practice.

The coach is very nice and the practices are good, the kids are learning a great deal.
It's very engaging, educational, and your coaches are wonderful with the kids.
It's a quieter atmosphere. The staff is much friendlier and respectful compared to certain employees at the Hunting.

The kids pool area is really nice. It's a bummer chairs were recently removed though.
I really enjoy coming to Spartan Nash YMCA. It is clean and offers all that I need for a great workout.
The staff is really nice and polite. The facility is generally clean. The only thing I dislike is people only wearing socks or bare feet on the weightroom floor.
