I like the people. The only thing I think would enhance the experience would be cold water immersion. The health benefits and wellness benefits are tremendous and help build community.

Best feature--classes with professional instructors. What we don't like is canceled classes. . . not that it happens that often, just that it's a bummer when it does.
What I like the most is the interaction of the staff and the members.
I like all of the equipment. There is enough equipment for working out that you can always be doing something and you don’t have to wait around for people to be done using the equipment because of how much there is.
I like the employees. The young lady at the center desk upstairs in the morning, always says hi, cleans the machines and is always up on the maintenance of the equipment!
I love the waterfall hot tub.
I don't know why the hot tub has to close during an aquatics class.
The pool being closed needs to be at the check in deck. Because I've already changed and showered.
Great people and awesome facility
Clean well kept facilities with ample choice of machines and equipment for my needs. The biggest plus is it never feels overly busy and everyone is extremely respectful and friendly.
Different opportunities for kids to try new sports.
it's so easy to schedule and there are lots of offerings to choose from.
Love how bright the pool is and how clean it is now. Staff is always friendly.

Friendly atmosphere, I got a newer personal trainer working with me Dre. He has been very helpful working with me to build a fitness routine. It’s a new experience for me and it’s been very good
Facility is clean - there are plenty of machines, free weights, etc. to use
The gym facility is great and always maintain. Equipment works well. Also a great family oriented place. For kids.
