The layout
I love the aquatic arthritis class. The instructor is excellent. I am feeling so much better since I have started there.
I have been coming to the SpartanNash Y for some time now, I have had very good experiences there, about the only thing I am not happy with is the ( I do not care) by some of the Men that come there, because they do not know enough to close their lockers when they are finished with their exercise and are leaving the Y, They leave the lockers open for some one to bang into them why some one has not been injured is unknown to me.
I like the equipment and I love the swimming pool, the guards have been very polite, they do a great job.

The track, pool and hot tub are great. You have plenty of treadmills and weight machines where I rarely need to wait
Very nice mix of all ages, I'm 60 plus and I always find plenty of people in my age range.
Plus it's always a relaxed group of people there of not only all ages but of general fitness, each
doing their exercise routines. Polite and caring staff is a real plus!

Easy to use and access all areas of the YMCA. Even when it looks busy from the outside there is still room for me to exercise and use the pool
