I participate in several classes at the "Y" each week. Adding new classes is a plus and adds variety for members. The instructors are great and always hrlpful.

I’m a senior citizen who obviously is not in as good of shape as a lot of middle age and younger people. In spite of this, I feel I’m not being judged and looked down on because I’m not aggressive with my exercise routine. If anything, I feel encouraged by the staff and fellow patrons. That is definitely not the case with other facilities I’ve been a member of. The staff at the Y is really sincere and supportive and is always willing to help. Keep up the great work!

My family and I are at the YMCA almost everyday. We absolutely love it.
Great facility. Pool water temp seems to differ each time we visit but we love the pool and I love the work out area upstairs.

I love the waterfall in the hot tub. No other YMCA has this feature.
Also this was the least crowded YMCA I’ve been to! Plenty of space.
However your lifeguard was texting and had their AirPods in while Lifeguarding. Might want to reinforce to your staff the important of active scanning.

The weight room is great and spacious and there is plenty of options for free weights as well as machines.
Great guest service, location, should also give Corewell Health staff discounts.

Staff is amazing. Good equipment and well organized. Couple potential areas of improvement - 1) men’s bathroom in gym, 2) need another smiths machine.
There’s something very restorative about the Y; it has great positive energy. It lifts me up - mind, body, & spirit. The Y is a place where I become more grounded and more connected with myself and the community.
I love to swim for exercise and usually have room in the pool to swim.
The pool is clean. The locker rooms are always being cleaned. They are so nice and clean. Thanks!!!
