The staff are always friendly and helpful. The facility is clean. The basketball court is big enough for several groups to enjoy the court at the same time. The pool, hot tub and sauna are well maintained, and our family enjoys them. We love the swimsuit dryers in the locker rooms. We love the family locker rooms. And there are plenty of family locker rooms. The exercise equipment is in good condition. We are a family of 5 and we appreciate that there are enough treadmills and bikes that we can work out together/next to each other on this equipment. And the app makes it easy to sign in. We would definitely recommend the SpartanNash YMCA.

It’s so nice having swim lessons where I work! Ms. Rachel is AMAZING, she is so sweet and truly wants to make sure that the children are learning the skills that she is teaching

Its not to competitive for kids who are playing
My son enjoys the sport (soccer) so he gets to play, balls are provided to the kids, they have a nice field to practice and play games on, they say a nice pledge at the beginning of each game.

I love the group classes. I’m happy we’re getting more instructors certified so we can have more classes available. It is super hot in the group fitness room so more fans and more a/c would be appreciated by all.
Love the indoor track: great exercise for an older person to walk without the impact of rough surfaces nor weather

11:00 Aqua class huge improvement over the other morning aqua classes-The instructor is friendly and pleasant and welcomes everyone-she allows people in that are not taking the class (unlike the other aqua instructor)

The awesome group fitness instructors and friendships made at the Y. The front desk is always cheery and greets you as you walk in the door! Could use more body combat classes mid morning and on Sunday. Also, coffee is scarce and always seems to be out. The Visser Y has multiple carafes and is never out.
