I like that the YMCA is accessible to everyone. When I go to the Y, I see people of all ages, abilities, and fitness levels - it's clear that there is space for everyone there. The personal trainers and wellness coaches have been helpful. I've been using the EGYM circuit, which is a really non-intimidating way to use weight machines and see improvement. The more I'm there, the more interested I am in trying other new things, like exercise classes.

It’s awesome! I wish they had massage chairs. Other then that, It’s the best gym I have ever gone to!

The egym system is great. Nice facility, loads of machines, nice looking pool. It seems as if you have great programs for children and people with disabilities.

The EGYM is a good routine, and we appreciate that it automatically does our settings. Also, we seldom need to wait very long for the EGYM, or for using one of the other (rowing) machines for a warm-up.
In these smoky days, the indoor track has been a Godsend - and we know we’ll really appreciate it during the winter.
The Staff is always helpful, if a question arises!
