We use the pool mostly. Track is nice for winter walking. Kids love Kid Zone. A lot of variety in what you can do for adults and kids alike.

I started with the excellent Physical Therapy services. They have a crossover program from PT to working with a personal trainer. I now work with a personal trainer!
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The instructors are fun and knowledgeable.

I like to use the therapy pool and hot tub
I love the variety and availability of the group exercise classes. The vPower Pump class needs eight lb weights!!! There's a big difference from the 5.5 up to the 11.5. Caledonia offers the 8lb and they are perfect for that in between need.

It would be great if there were more hooks in the showers to hang towels and toiletries.
Love the instructors at the Y. There is also a great rehab place upstairs. It’s called Mary free bed. I have used that several times and love the help up there. They help so much.
What a great facility! Well designed, very clean, and spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's a very comfortable and inviting environment.
My 2 year old loves going to Toddler Time every Wednesday at Mary Free Bed! I have also had great experiences doing yoga and pool exercise classes there. I appreciate that MFB puts a focus on accessibility as well.
This is my new YMCA branch, and I love it. Great people and much better than downtown where I felt so unwelcomed at the end where I used to go for 15 years. They have excellent equipment, and a nice track! Anyway go cheek out Mary Free Bed you’ll love it!
