The building is huge so there is ample room to move about. There is a great selection of options to select from when working out. The employees are friendly and helpful.
I have been really enjoying body pump. Holly is my favorite instructor, she is so knowledgeable and describes things well. Also, I continue to do the masters swim and Art is fantastic. These two instructors are huge assets and keep my husband and I coming back!

I like the pool and the access to lap swimming
I like the upgrades and improvements that have been made with the exercise equipment. I also enjoy the walking/running track. The staff people are all very friendly too.
Sometimes it does get a bit crowded though. I just have to continue to try different days.and times to discover when it is not so busy.

I like walking the track. This Y is on the other side of town for me... so I don't use it as much.

I am a swimmer and use only that facility. I have been impressed since joining at the courteous, attentive and professional attention swimmers receive from your staff. Also, the lap pool is fabulous, a wonderful place to exercise, well kept/maintained, and the hot tub spacious enough for an ample number of people.
I like the indoor track and all the excersize equipment.
