The facility is clean and well-appointed. Everything I could want or need in a gym is there. I participate in the Gentle Yoga classes, and they are just right for me. I have used the pool, the treadmill, the rowing machine, and walked around the track. I am most impressed with the staff, members of which are friendly and helpful always.
Staff and facilities are both excellent. I do, however, wish it opened earlier on Saturday.
I love the instructors, programs and how welcoming staff are. Mary Free Bed Y is my happy place!

Everyone is friendly and the facility meets my health needs.
We always go to the pool on Fridays. The water temp is always a bit cold at 84° . I see kids during swim lessons shivering as they wait for their turn. Maybe just a boost to 88 would even help. The hot tub is always very clean and enjoyable. Life guards are very attentive.

I can vary my workouts because of the variety of workout equipment (Free Weights, Machines, TRX, Cardio, and now E-Gym)
The amount of hours open each day.

I love the facility, I wish you provided a shower towel service. I always appreciated that. Seems like that got eliminated during covid.
