All the various equipment and very friendly staff at the Cascade Y. But miss the wooden benches by the dumbells near the elevator. Also the ball bounce that was near the free weights area.
Staff, Facilities, clean family pool and Hot Tub. I do have an issue I'll take this time to report it again, I am slightly disabled and the Handicap shower in the Men's locker room has been a real pain for me, you can't adjust the water temperature to a comfortable temp, it only comes out at near scalding temperature. Please get it repaired

I really appreciate the open spaces and windows (walking track.). I appreciate the numerous classes offered in the evenings and weekends. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The location is very clean, too.
The facility is kept clean and is reliable. This makes getting my workout in easy and without issues. I do think there is opportunities for better clarity around the facility and how it works - the pools, the basketball courts, the pickleball nets on the side of the track - I’ve been a member for over a year and I still don’t know exactly how it all works and getting information on it isn’t super easy. It also would be nice to give feedback on the classes offered or what additions member would like to see.

The y has everything I want and more! I love going there every day. Love the classes and the selection of machines. Love that management is always updating I.e. e-gym. Friendly staff. Best experience ever!

Several things: -The friendliness of the staff. -The attention given to the handicapped members. -And that everybody is treated the same . . . positive, encouraging, important!

The Y offers a wide variety of experiences, the people are friendly and extremely helpful. However, the family pool is very cold, a part for the heater was ordered months ago, we were informed it had arrived but has not been installed. Hopefully this will be taken care of asap. Other than that we love having the Y in our community.

2) would love it if the vending machines could have a good caffeine option - possibly a canned coffee? The only caffeine I can find now is energy drinks.

Group fitness leaders, especially Holly, Michaela, Emily, and Kati M. These women are strong, motivating, and committed to giving everyone a great experience with group fitness.
Clean well managed facility.
I mostly do Water Aerobic classes in the morning.I Like the classes and instructors very much.
When I take a shower after class the Shower Curtains are a sad situation. They either don’t slide well and don’t cover much.
Also, the Women’s Locker Room Always seems so cold ….summer or winter.

My favorite thing about the MFBY is the beautiful diversity of people. Every age, fitness level, ability, and color. The Y is for everyone! This helps me to feel comfortable in my own skin at the Y.

Pleasant, cheerful, knowledgeable employees. Everything works and is clean. Thankfully, Wolverine YMCA doesn’t have motion detector faucet in the men’s locker room. The ones at Mary Free Bed do not work well at all..
