This facility has something for everyone. I especially love the water aerobic classes. The instructors are fabulous! There are various machines for all levels and instructors on main floor to guide you. I have been a member for many years and have also made lasting friendships.

Very clean facilities, constantly making good updates. Machines are kept up well. Lots of classes available.

Mary Free Bed YMCA is a great place to exercise, meet people, stay active and work at maintaining my health as I get older. The staff are very friendly and helpful. All ages are welcome. There is a wide variety of things to do. And I'm learning of more ways that older Seniors can join activities and work at our own level.
My daughter has had such a good time. It’s a great introduction and she gets to see if she’s interested in perusing it more.
Variety of patrons and activities
The sauna is hot enough! It’s the only sauna in town that actually gets to a good temp. The pool is the right length too. Some YMCA locations have a shorter pool, this one is right.
I have great friendships and many great classes taught by very good instructors. It has great equipment and lots of space.
I feel that the shower curtains need to be bigger and on metal clips since the others have been falling off. I am always fixing them when I go to take a shower. Can we get curtains that actually fit the space. They are way way too short and it doesn't make sense. I am getting my clothes wet sometimes because the curtain doesn't cover the space.
Also need fans in the spin room. Suddenly there is 1-2 fans not working as well as the air in the room. Not great timing
