You have every thing you want and need in terms of exercise and training. A very qualified staff. Very impressive facility.
The building is huge so there is ample room to move about. There is a great selection of options to select from when working out. The employees are friendly and helpful.
I have been really enjoying body pump. Holly is my favorite instructor, she is so knowledgeable and describes things well. Also, I continue to do the masters swim and Art is fantastic. These two instructors are huge assets and keep my husband and I coming back!
Everything. Clean environment. Helpful staff.

I like the upgrades and improvements that have been made with the exercise equipment. I also enjoy the walking/running track. The staff people are all very friendly too.
Sometimes it does get a bit crowded though. I just have to continue to try different days.and times to discover when it is not so busy.
Friendly staff. Clean. Good equipment and facilities.
I like the track for walking and the elliptical (C46, C47) machines. I do wish there were more of these machines as they are often busy.
