I use the lap pool regularly and find the experience very satisfying and appreciate the effort of the lifeguards.

I think it was Connor who gave me a tour recently, and I appreciated it. Then, a middle-aged gentleman at the check-in desk was very friendly and let me work out here, even though I only have a local membership at the Litehouse Family YMCA in Lowell, since I was already there for physical therapy. It was inspiring to look out at a group of men using the basketball gym before me while I used the treadmill. I noted and used some of the vast array of exercise equipment, all of which appeared clean and in good condition.
Excellent facility. Clean, well supplied, help available as needed. Love it.
With all of the seniors coming from MVP why do you not have more classes for seniors. MVP has more to offer in the way of gentle strength, yoga and balance classes.
Great people and facilities
Every visit is a positive experience whether it’s re- hab or exercise! I receive help on the machines whenever needed and my re- hab experience was outstanding! I hope to begin swimming again soon and look forward to meeting everyone involved. I have been to the downtown Mary Free Bed often. also. Everyone is always smiling!

Loving the EGYM only reason I started going back to the gym 2-3 times a week.
The equipment was clean, in good shape and was available after only a short wait or immediately at the time that I visited. The locker rooms were also clean and spacious.
Graet staff
Love the water aerobic classes. Instructors are all great. Locker rooms are clean. Overall feel of this facility is welcoming and cheerful. Belonged to another health club in GR but the Mary Free Bed Y is so much better.
Great layout and equipment selection. Especially like the addition of the new E Gym. Easiest to understand and great hassle free full body workout.

Proximity, value, great inclusions of all ages, stages, abilities. Glad to see wheelchair folks involved in a lot of activities. Our daughters have lifeguarded for you. Bought plants from you. Son using facilty extensively. Great mission.
I love the facility, I wish you provided a shower towel service. I always appreciated that. Seems like that got eliminated during covid.

Water Water aerobics. Waiting for family pool to get the heater equipment. To get the temperature back up to 86.
The welcoming demeanor of the staff. The availability of a variety of machines and the E-Gym. I also love the Aquatic classes.
