I am a swimmer and use only that facility. I have been impressed since joining at the courteous, attentive and professional attention swimmers receive from your staff. Also, the lap pool is fabulous, a wonderful place to exercise, well kept/maintained, and the hot tub spacious enough for an ample number of people.
Inclusion
The track for walking, especially when there is inclement weather. I just recently learned how to use the computerized equipment for a full body workout. I am hoping it will help me accomplish my goals.
All staff members extremely well informed and helpful. Pleasant atmosphere.

Spin classes for Parkinson’s! The instructors are great.
Dave Leggett always does a fantastic job organizing the youth soccer. Drue is a phenomenal referee. His joy and enthusiasm makes it an incredible experience!

The egym machines are great. I love the layout of the building and the people working there. It has a lot of energy and activity.
Tremendous facilities, welcoming to all ages and abilities. Just when you thought it couldn't get any better, they put in a computerized weight circuit and staff it with instructors to help the patrons get comfortable with it. Couldn't be happier to be a member of the Mary Free Bed YMCA.
