The MFB Y is a beautiful and clean environment in which to exercise and get more healthy! And smiles are all around from the moment you walk in until the time you leave, the positivity is there!

The way the team are there to help you . The friendliness of your staff.
The track is big enough to only require 5 laps/mile. It has the Egym equipment. Two different pools. Enough pieces of aerobic equipment so no waiting.
Chris is a great physical therapist. He listens, explains the exercises and how they can help me and answers my questions. He provides detailed printouts for exercises to do at home.
