We had a family medical emergency and James was very nice and very helpful in delivering our needed propane after our recent big snowstorm
We’ve been a client for several years now. Called 2 days prior to “the big storm “ because we realized we were low on propane. They said they’d do their best to get to us, but no guarantee. They filled our tank before the storm… with a smile!!
When I called for a delivery,, I was told propane tank would be filled within 10 days and the delivery instead occurred within 2, and presumably without any hidden fees. That's wonderful service, which is rare in the US these days. Thank you!

BUT, AND THIS IS A VERY BIG BUT. There is absolutely no way to get a question answered via chat, phone, or email. Or, to discuss possible service issues or to inquire about purchasing additional propane equipment. This is a major oversight and should be corrected. And, after listening to your horrible music on hold over 6 phone calls, at three different Superior Plus phone numbers, for a total of over 3 hours on hold,over 3 days, I can assure you there is a major problem in your customer service phone system. In all that time and after all that effort I was not able to speak to a live person. Not even once.
I would greatly like to hear a response from a representative to the company with how this problem is being addressed.

We are new customers with no experience of propane use. Our tank ran out as we didn’t know to check the indicator. We discovered this late at night when the heat wasn’t going on. This company was very responsive, the answering service took our info and serviced us first thing in the morning. They were excellent! They explained how it should be monitored and we are all set.
So far I have not run out of propane. Nothing has happened good or bad.

I requested a propane fill via your website on a Saturday. You delivered by Thursday without issue, and in fact I didn't know you had delivered until I received an invoice via e-mail on Friday. Nice Job!

When I called four days before Thanksgiving that I needed a delivery didnt know it was low she said they would be here in 7 buisness days. I panicked cause Thanksgiving dinner was on me. I said please I will pay an emergency delivery she said don't worry you don't need it. You were here 10 am the next morning no extra charge. Your always there when I need you. Thank you for saving me.
Your product, LP Gas, reduces my energy monthly cost significantly, which I like and the last delivery was delivered sooner than expected. Not too much more can be said. Thank you.
