I've dealt with Suburban for several years and have never encountered an issue. The automatic delivery service has been excellent, and the few times I've had to contact Suburban any issues have been resolved immediately. Delivery people are courteous and friendly.
The service is fine. I have tried to contact osterman by email and phone but never received a reply. I want to know if I should have a smaller propane tank. I clearly do not use that much throughout the year

I have always had positive contact with Osterman, however, I do have something that I'd like to bring up. It's the penalty I have to pay for insufficient usage. I'm now 80 and am living on Social Security only. It's always a juggling act, financially. It's a hardship to have to pay a penalty because I don't use enough LNG to make maintaining my account worthwhile.
