I like the prebuy plan. The customer service reps are pleasant, esp my local reps. Sometimes I do need to call for a fill up early in the heating season, even ghough I'm on pretty. All in all, very satisfied.

Service by Rob on Monday 9/30 to evaluate a potential leak---which turned out to just be a mostly empty tank--was efficient & informative. And as it turns out, his parents were our neighbors when we first moved here 38 years ago! The only issue I have with Osterman was how long it took to get in touch with somebody about our problem. I had already turned off the tank & were in Florida for the week, but it was not easy to get a return call---but once we did, all went smoothly and you set up the appt for the day after we returned home. We have had Osterman for years & are very happy with the company & service. Thanks for everything---Ed Raccio

We called because Our house filled up with gas when I turned on the oven.
The Service man checked every gas line in the house, and found that the stove was not
igniting the gas as it should have. We have replaced the stove with a new one, and are
very pleased with the service we got.

I like the budget payment plan. I've had no issues with delivery.
The office folks I spoke with were absolutely helpful and courteous and even enjoyed a laugh or two, and thoughtful to reschedule work when the weather did not cooperate. The Tech who came out to service the tank was courteous to tell me he arrived, what he was going to do, and ask if he could trim some shrubbery that was obstructing the tank, and he did a wonderful maintenance on the tank - looks better than when it was originally was installed. I'm a happy customer.

The people. I created a mess - didn't pay my bill for *years* - but when I eventually called up to reinstate service, the people at Osterman were delightfully helpful. First it was - I think - Tanya, and then her manager, who quickly found the best way to unscrew the mess I'd made, accepting my apologies with humor. Within days, they sent a guy out to reinstall my tank; sadly, I forget his name (burly guy, in his 50's?), but he was very pleasant, informative, and jolly. I tried to tip him, but he turned it down!
