I am very pleased with the service, except that I have two accounts at the same address, and deliveries often come several days apart, instead of both on the same day. This seems very wasteful to me. THe drivers has to make two trips, and I have to wait to pay both invoices at the same time.

This company always takes care of me. I ran into an issue this year where because of the storms, my propane was delayed in getting to me. I called to ask for an estimated delivery time and they assured me that I was scheduled and would get the delivery as soon as the roads were clear. Sure enough a few hours later the truck pulled up.
