When I need repairs Paul is very quick to dispatch someone. Propane and oil deliveries are prompt and timely. The people who help service my account are always kind on the phone

Have always been their for my family through the good times and more importantly when there are bad storms and power outages. They have always made sure we had propane for the generator. Great customer service!
Nothing except tell your drivers to not try to leave slips in cars. Ours is always locked. He then went to the correct door and left it there. No problem. The correct door is the one between the trees. Not the one with the big stairs, the one between the two trees.
We never give a perfect 10 to anyone or any company.

Allen & Mathewson were the folks that serviced my house when I bought it in 2006. I didn't know who I should use so I decided to continue their services until I knew different. Well, here it is 2022 and I still use the folks at Allen & Mathewson. They are very friendly and helpful when I call whether it's just to answer a question or because I need service. I see no reason to change. I will stay with them until I have a very good reason not to.

I used their services in the past. I loved the communication an their drive to get the customers what they need. I recently started with their service this past week, I made things a bit complicated for them and when the gentleman showed up no one was available. I called and explained & Cindy was great she even had the man come back same day. Communication with her was amazing, I’m thankful she was the woman who got us going.
